thanks for reply but for forum setting I don't find the option for upload photo !!

EIDT: I found the option which just allow to put the link of the photo!! because I don't trust those uploading website I couldn't upload my personal photo so I just uploaded avatar one

I suggest to choose Tiny Pic as image hosting because some others are sometimes conflicting
