Dear BTC users,

Unfortunately, we will have to make changes to our business with BTC.

First of all, we need to refund all your payment requests that are currently on pending and we need to increase the withdrawal fee.

We will explain why we have to do this.

As you can see in the picture below, coinpayments do not allow transactions of less than 0.0007 BTC (at this time is $ 10.5). This means we are not able to pay $ 2 or $ 3.
In the same picture you can see that the transaction fee is also 0.0007 BTC.

We pay the fee when we get the money from you and when we give the money to you.

You can see the deposit from one of our members on the pictures below. Please compare the amounts and transaction ID. You can see what amount he has paid and how much we have received.

That means if you make a deposit of $ 100, we get $ 90. If you withdraw $ 100, we pay $ 110.
If you make a deposit of $ 20, we get $ 10. If you withdraw $ 20, we pay $ 30.

For these reasons, we must make changes.

We have tried to register our sites on Coinbase, but Coinbase does not work in the Philippines.

The only BTC processor that supports PTC sites is Coinpayments and we have to work according to their rules.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, but we really do not have a choice

If you have any suggestions or know something new, something that we do not know, please tell us that.

That change was introduced by another PTC site
how they began to raise fees, and other PTC sites will introduce changes
who use coinpayments.

Hello dear --------- members,
Coinpayments changed rules for minimum withdrawal and it was set to 0.0007 BTC.
We are sorry for that situation, you can still use any other payment options for withdrawal.
Thank you for understanding.
Kind regards,
--------- team.

Dear Admin, if you can leave a coin withdraw for standard members with a change of
0.0007 BTC $10.5 or $11
Thank you.
Long lifetime.

Dear Rocky,

We can not increase the withdrawal limit for BTC only. Or we increase the limit for all processors, or we do not change anything.
For this reason we added LTC.

hello dear admin ....
I have a question. in view of this event that will happen with said payment processor?
those who made deposits by Bitcoin have priority to choose a new payment processor or do we need to deposit to be able to charge?

thanks admin

Unfortunately, you will have to make a new deposit.
But most of our free members made a deposit of $ 1 - $ 2 using BTC, and they withdrew much more than that. That's why I do not think there should be a problem creating a new small deposit.

I'm very sorry about this situation, but we do not have influence on it.
