Good morning, my withdrawal request was cancelled, can i ask why? if i did something wrong please tell me.

5.11.In your personal settings must be enrolled your full name. Only then can you request a withdrawal of your money

All you can forget about the 3 dollars that you have earned so long? Or what can I do?
