why payment not received

Dear people, on november 1st I asked for payment of 3 dollar (had to pay 15 cents fee). Today my requested payment of 2.85 dollar back in my balance, bu not de 15 cents fee????? Why did I not get payed and why have still lost the 15 cents????? Not fair in my opnion. Have requested payment again today, would like to receive my money in my payza-accoount and would like to have the 15 cents back in my balance. Regards, Kleintje

Yes, I agree that this is not fair.

But surely it is fair that you do not respect our TOS.

The money has returned to your balance because you have violated our terms.

I will not add 15 cents to your account. I'll add 15 dollars and suspend your account.
