About suspending account

I just wonder if my account will be suspended. thanks a lot.
Sometimes the webside is not available in China, and since two days ago the chapcha has been totally not available. I have to use some internet agent to change my ip address, in order to log in the website.
would my account be suspended if I did it? thanks a lot
My account in your sister site has already been suspended, I want to know if its the reason. but I cant even log in if I dont change my IP address. what can I do to save my account? thanks a lot!

If you violate TOS then your account may be suspended.
So don't try to change you IP to proxy.
