why my money returned to my account ?

I withdraw some money on 24 dec. 2016 with bitcoin but it returned to my account and saying that i have to wait another 30 more days to withdraw. I sent it to my email address with what i have registered with ur website. WOULD U PLZ HELP me ADMIN ?

Email address is not BTC address.
How do I send you the BTC if I do not have your BTC address ??
