Good morning, my withdrawal resquest was cancelled, can i ask why? if i did something wrong please tell me.

The proof must be in the form of an image or a copy of the email from your payment processor.

Do not put just a link to the forum. This is not in accordance with our rules.
For us it is very important that the old member adds proofs to the forum because the new members before registration primarily look at proofs of payment.

Please, edit your proof and everything will be fine.
